COMPANION CARE SERVICES
NIABSH Care Angels engage in conversation, hobbies, crafts, reading, playing games, and providing a friendly presence to reduce isolation. Assist with writing letters and other correspondence. Help connect with loved ones through email, texting, video chat and social media. Our Caregiver Angels engage in stimulating activities such as crafts, games, puzzles and reading. Our care managers can serve as an essential point of contact that provides feedback to family regarding a loved one’s overall wellbeing. Phone calls or video calls with family can be scheduled based on client request. It’s amazing the positive feelings these connections generate for family members who can’t always be there. Our care managers are available to our Caregiver Angels with maximum support. Together, we’re more like a care squad, with oversights and protocols in place to support our seniors, families, and each other.
Companionship & Emotional Support
Our Caregiver Angels perform various household chores such as: dusting, vacuuming, washing dishes, making beds, ironing, and keeping the home environment clean and safe. While many seniors still find caring for their home to be physically therapeutic and mentally gratifying, age and limited mobility make household chores a challenge. Our care plans are customized to ensure seniors have the assistance they want and need to maintain a clean, safe and organized home, just the way they like.
Light Housekeeping
Our Caregiver Angels execute meal planning, cooking, and serving meals, as well as cleaning up afterward. Whether it’s following the family’s guidance on weekly or monthly menus, planning for a special night or event, or preparing the ingredients, our caregiver Angels are there to provide clients with the level of support they want and need to ensure time in the kitchen is a healthier and happier one. Food inventory and organizing the kitchen, follow menus and create a shopping list that are both healthy and familiar, with a meal prep strategy, choosing to eat a healthy meal is easy, preparing the ingredients ahead of time ensures each meal is nutritious and ready to cook and serve, spending time in the kitchen and trying out new recipes, cooking can transform into a fun social activity together.
Meal Preparation
Our Caregiver Angels provide verbal reminders to take medication on time (not administering medication). Arrange medication based on client instructions and follow medication plan and ensure client is taking medication in timely manner (not administering medication).
Medication Reminders
Our Caregiver Angels ensure running errands such as grocery shopping or picking up prescriptions. Supporting clients outside of home easily extends into a clients’ care plan. Whether it’s driving clients to doctors’ appointments, lunch with friends or attending religious services, taking clients shopping or on a stroll around the neighborhood, caring is more than getting a person from A to B safely. Great care is about providing a trusting and supportive relationship that enables elders to engage in the activities and social events they love and visiting the people and places they miss.
Transportation & Errands
Our Caregiver Angels assist with moving around the home, transferring from bed to chair, and taking to walks. Our caregiver angels always available to assist during his/her time of service.
Mobility Support
Our Caregiver Angels make every effort to watch for and address any potential safety issues that exist in a client’s home to ensure their safety and well-being. It is very important for us to make sure that our client is safe and out of any potential issues. Our caregiver angels directly communicate with our manager if he or she sees anything needs to report.

Our customer service representative will follow up with you and help you to make your decision. They will also provide any additional information you need.
In this step we will collect all the required information from you and start working on your package based on your choice of services and related fees. We will initiate the paper work for seamless enrollment to our Care.
Final Package & Outcome
We will communicate with you for final package based on your choice of services, fees, schedule of service etc. In this phase, we will also introduce the Caregiving Angel with you to make sure, you are comfortable.
Feedback
Our Customer Service representative will communicate with you to receive your feedback about the services and how the Caregiving Angel is performing. We value our client so much and that’s why the feedback process is a continuous approach from us to make you feel happy and comfortable.
Management Visit
Our management representatives will communicate with you and schedule a home visit to receive your feedback about the services and how the Caregiving Angel is performing. It will occure after a certain time of your service. Our company will reconcile your all feedbacks and instruct the caregivers manager to provide the best service.
